Cooking is done at a “designated location” in our Mobile Pop-Up Restaurant kitchen solving the endless hours of cleanup in your kitchen after cooking and entertaining your guests.  This works well for both families and or entrepreneurs who have other important things to focus on like their families and or clients.  

Whether you want to watch and learn how to prepare your exquisite dish choices yourself or are interested in jumping right in apron and all and assist us, the choice is all yours. Want to be completely hands off that works as well. 

Teaming up with Chef, Mark Vesh, brings an enormous amount of that flexibility in our menu choices as Catered by Vesh specializes in International Contemporary Cuisine.  Chef Vesh loves working with fresh ingredients from around the globe and has cultivated his passion for cooking over the past fifteen years bringing his guests some mouthwatering experiences. With an exciting menu to choose from if you have something you would really like to serve at your next get together and don't see it, please don't hesitate to ask.  Chef Vesh has an amazing ability to craft your very desires.
